7 Essential Spices For Your Gut Health


Spices prove to be our excellent friend when it comes to boosting gut health. We should at least include 7 spices in our regular diet for our gut health.

Healthy digestion is essential for a healthy immune system. Due to our modern lifestyle, most of us suffer from one or another digestive ailment like gas, bloating, constipation, indigestion, diarrhoea etc.

Fennel seeds also prove to be helpful in cases of irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal candidiasis and irritable bowel disease. Fennel seeds have antiviral and antimicrobial properties. 

  1. Ginger:

It can be used in the meal or tea and it proves to be beneficial in relieving unpleasant indigestion.
